Bush
I took these photos on a trial across from my house. I was walking my dog with my dad and we came across these berries on a bush. I asked him what kind of berries they were and he said he didn't know. I started to walk again, but as I left, my dad grabbed on of the berries and took at bite out of it, which is something that you learn in science class not to do. I was a little freaked out, but then he told me that the berries were actually crabapples.
Old Fence
I saw this fence when I was walking from school to my house. I don't really understand why it was ever put here, since the drop off from the path is only a foot. It was kind of hard to take these photos, because my shadow kept showing. If I could take these again, I would either take them from another angle or at another time fo day. I think that this is my favorite water color edit though.
Backyard
I took these photos of my backyard from my porch and from my driveway. There is a tree in my back yard that sticks up above all the other trees. For halloween, my dad used to get a ladder and put a witch figure up in the tree. I kind of wish that I had waited to take these photos so that the witch would have been in them. I also wish that I had taken them on a prettier day.
Tunnel
I took these photos when I was walking on one of the trails in my neighborhood. I took two of them from one end of the "tunnel" and one form the other. When I was younger, I would play with my friends in the neighbor hood and we would go out on the paths. We always called this canopy of leaves the "tunnel". The "tunnel" looks way cooler in person and so I feel like the photos didn't quite come out as I wanted.
Field into Forest
All the trails in my neighbor hood fork and intersect in this one field. These pictures are only a small portion of the field, because I also wanted to have some surrounding trees in the photos. One of my favorite things about these photos is the bright blue sky because it contrasts with the green, red, and yellow leaves. I don't quite like how the watercolor painting for these images turned out, though. I feel like its messy and hard to tell what the picture is of.
